Double mechanical seal fur agitator mills in varnish production

After the pigment and binder have been mixed, the pigment agglomerate is beaten in agitator mills to envelop the pigment particles with binder. The emerging paste is then mixed with further additives to form the final varnish. A number of accident prevention regulations must be observed when manufacturing varnishes.
