Forced circulation in buffer fluid systems. The circulation of the buffer medium is forced by circulation pumps or a pumping screw in the mechanical seal. The circulation equipment must be of a sufficiently powerful enough design to overcome the pressure losses of components of the closed one-way circuit and to ensure adequate circulation of buffer fluid for sufficient cooling of the mechanical seal.
